Benjamin Donnell is a local business owner, an expert in new home construction, and family man. Father to 5 incredible kids and married to an amazing woman for almost 10 years. After working for over 5 years for a private builder, placed #19 on the builder top 100 list, he decided to move to Northwest Florida for a change of scenery, pace, and work. After spending nearly 2 years building an award winning and locally recognized ice cream brand, he decided it was time to jump back into real estate to continue to serve people in their journey of homeownership. 

In the 5+ years serving for a builder, he has learned what to look for when a buyer wants to purchase a new home. Working closely with builders, inspectors, lenders, and appraisers, Benjamin has learned what to do to make sure the deal closes. From helping people rebuild credit to celebrating with them when they received the keys, his expertise has seen lives transformed.
